Salary Range - $16.15 - $21.76 Hourly

Shift: Sunday Wednesday 7:00 am 5:30 pm

Crisis Program Differential Available

As a member of the Crisis Response Team, you will play a crucial role in

providing high-quality care and assessments to individuals and families in

need of crisis intervention. This specialized team manages emergency walk-in

services, crisis calls within the Weld County area, and after-hours

emergency on-call services across a 12-county region in Northeast Colorado.

The Crisis Response Team conducts thorough assessments to understand each

client's needs and circumstances, helping determine the most appropriate

level of care in the least restrictive setting. Additionally, the team

provides intensive care coordination for Weld County clients and discharge

planning for individuals transitioning from higher levels of care back into

their communities.

Behavioral Health Workers support the implementation of individualized care

plans for clients facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. They

adhere to the policies, rules, regulations, and directives of North

Range Behavioral Health while facilitating client engagement. Behavioral

Health Workers act as sources of emotional support, assist with resource

navigation and problem-solving, and advocate for clients' needs to ensure

their active participation in care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide

compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and

addiction challenges.

Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by

training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make informed choices;

develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate

tasks of daily living.

Transport clients using a company vehicle.

Manage crisis walk-in center, meeting with clients to assess safety and

refer them to the most appropriate level of care.

Engage in crisis mobile response, assessing client safety in the community

and referring to appropriate level of care.

Operate 24/7 crisis phone line.

Attend and complete mandatory training as directed by supervisors.

Complete timely and clinically appropriate documentation as required by the

program.

Qualifications

A Bachelor s Degree in Human Services field from an accredited college or

university is required.

A Valid Driver s License and driving record that meets agency insurability

Requirements Is Required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills desired.

Experience

No prior experience is required, though it s preferred.
