Position Responsibilities

  • Prepares, compiles and maintain information and operational records in the assigned area.
  • Screen telephone calls and receives and directs visitors.
  • Resolves routine inquiries from the medical staff, patient and/or customers. If the inquiry can not be resolved, directs to the appropriate person or party.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar appointments, meetings and travel itineraries for the department chief.
  • Prepares and distributes minutes of meeting or follow ups on assigned area projects.

Qualifications

  • Technical or Associate Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a multi-physician practice setting / healthcare industry experience.
