Fiamma Burger is looking for an experienced cook to join our team! We are a very fast paced kitchen – Teamwork is key. We take pride in our ingredients and cook them to order. The perfect individual is hard-working, reliable and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare our recipes to order
• To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces, as well as serving areas.
• Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
• Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain a WA State Food Handlers Card
• Previous experience in a restaurant environment of 1 year
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Ability to work standing for 7+ hours
  
  
  

Compensation

$17.66/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $6.50 - $8 per hour), generous meal discounts.
