We're looking for someone with strong knife skills, solid experience working on a sushi station, and a commitment to clean, consistent execution. This is a great opportunity for a cook with sushi experience who wants to grow in a supportive kitchen that values creativity, culture, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls
- Butcher and portion fish for service; experience with whole fish a plus
- Follow recipes, plating standards, and safety protocols with consistency
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with prep and production tasks during non-service times
- Communicate clearly with BOH leadership and teammates
- You have 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 1 year focused on sushi
- You take pride in your knife skills and care about clean technique
- You work well on a team and stay calm under pressure
- You’re reliable, organized, and eager to keep improving
- You’re available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- Hourly pay: $17-$20/hr, depending on experience and station versatility
