COMC is looking for an experienced and passionate Livestreaming Specialist with a profound understanding of the trading card and collectibles industry. As a Live Commerce Host, you will report to the Livestreaming Lead and be the charismatic face of our brand during interactive live streams. We are seeking an engaging individual who can expertly navigate the dynamic environment of live commerce, from setting up events to addressing customer inquiries. Your role is pivotal in promoting our company, products, and services while staying attuned to industry trends and company initiatives. This is a wonderful opportunity for an eager individual to work on an exciting, high visibility, fast-paced project with promotional potential!

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and set up live commerce events for a seamless streaming experience.
- Plan engaging and interactive content based on audience preferences and market trends.
- Act as a charismatic and knowledgeable host during live commerce events.
- Foster a dynamic atmosphere, engaging with the audience through comments, questions, and polls.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns during live events.
- Provide real-time issue resolution and enhance the overall viewer experience.
- Promote company products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying company values for a positive audience image.
- Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align live events with business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for company goal alignment.
- Analyze metrics and viewer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively suggest and implement enhancements for optimized live streams.
- Stay adaptable to evolving technologies and live commerce trends.
- Incorporate innovative approaches to enhance the viewer experience.
