Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: Up to $22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new admission charts to the unit and prepare forms for admission.
- Fax physicians’ orders daily in the morning, from the previous shifts.
- Deliver faxed printouts to the appropriate departments.
- Complete daily transfer of vital signs and weights from the assignment sheet to the resident’s chart.
- Check and restock the supply drawer at the nurses’ station.
- Maintain a neat and orderly nurses’ station.
- Screen all incoming phone calls for nursing and forward messages as necessary.
- Schedule physician appointments for residents and relay information to nursing staff.
- Initiate phone calls to physicians, family members, or personnel as required.
- Type documents as directed by Nursing Administration.
- Schedule professional agency personnel under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) and serve as the contact for the agency.
- Notify the Food Service Department of any dietary changes.
- Maintain an up-to-date bathing schedule on the bath record for nurse aides.
- Greet visitors, guests, and residents, providing information and directions per company policies.
- Ensure residents and families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate environment.
- Order medical supplies under the direction of the DNS.
- Fill medical supply requests in the planned absence of the Central Supply Clerk.
- Active CNA license/certification required
- Proficient in computer systems, office equipment, and system applications
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
