Salary: $62,500 - $78,00.00 per year

Position Overview: Under the direction of the Director of Residential Health Services, is responsible for direct supervision and scheduling of care partners who provide 1:1 care to residents and managing contracts for those services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of Care Partner staff. May work in conjunction with AL manager, memory care manager, or DRHS.
  • Performs quality assurance checks while on-site to ensure that care and services are being executed in the manner expected.
  • Creates and maintains staff schedule so there is adequate personnel to cover resident demand and cover planned or unplanned time off utilizing scheduling program.
  • Schedules resident appointments and visits according to care plan and staff availability.
  • Reviews contracts with clients or family members and obtains signatures in order to begin services.
  • Contacts care partners, resident, family members or community staff regarding day-to-day modifications in schedules or assignments. Provides guidance and resolves issues that may arise.
  • Resolves billing issues with residents/families and/or accounting team.

The Skills You’ll Need:

  • Must participate in the on-call rotation with other leadership staff to resolve issues that may arise outside of normal business hours.
  • High school diploma or GED but degree in gerontology, nursing, social services, or preferred.
  • At least 3 year of prior experience creating staffing schedules. Experience working with seniors highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and 10-key by touch with the ability and willingness to learn new software, as needed.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Must maintain a valid First Aid certificate.
