Must Have Nursing Home/Healthcare Experience

Human Resources General HR duties:

  • Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
  • Employee relations
  • On-boarding
  • Compliance


Human Resources General Payroll duties:

  • Time and Attendance entry
  • Payroll
  • Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll


Human Resources Recruiting Duties:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment
  • Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
  • Manage the job postings process
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
  • Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience Required
  • 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required
  • 2 years payroll processing
