Human Resources General HR duties:
Human Resources General HR duties:
- Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
- Employee relations
- On-boarding
- Compliance
- Time and Attendance entry
- Payroll
- Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
- Manage the job postings process
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
- Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
- Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.
- Healthcare Experience Required
- 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required
- 2 years payroll processing
