Position Description\

Manages and provides customer service and technical support for a

variety of environmental, health, and safety projects, specializing in

air compliance.\

Position Responsibilities\

Manage environmental compliance projects including sampling, permitting,

auditing, reporting, plan development, inspections, and training\

Manage environmental, health, and safety COOPs\

Conduct compliance audits and assessments\

Prepare written compliance related reports and documents such as SPCC

Plans, SWP3 Plans, Facility Response Plans, Air Emissions Inventories,

Air Permit Applications, Tier IIs, Form Rs, and Construction Approvals

and Permits\

File reports with the appropriate state and/or federal agency\

Prepare waste determinations\

Submit quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on behalf of clients\

Conduct training for a variety of environmental topics\

Develop knowledge of client facilities and operations\

Provide customer service to a variety of client representatives and

local, state, and federal agencies\

Perform project management related tasks such as cost and budget

estimation, planning, and scheduling\

Participate on the emergency response team\

Participate in preparing proposals\

Contact and contract with various subcontractors\

Assist with other environmental, health, and safety projects\

Develop and maintain knowledge of environmental, health, and safety

regulations\

Operate motor vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable

regulations\

Supervise 1-4 technicians and/or scientists on projects\

Conduct technical review of environmental compliance documents\

Provide additional support as needed
