Salary Range - $75700.00 - $113654.00 Salary

use and addiction. Our Intensive Residential Treatment program offers up to 45

days of personalized, harm-reduction-focused care for individuals aged 18

and older. Through therapy, structured support, life skills training,

and community reengagement, we help residents build a solid foundation for a

healthier, more fulfilling future.

Our approach doesn t stop at treatment we collaborate with programs like

Withdrawal Management, Crisis Response Teams, Intensive Outpatient,

Medication-Assisted Treatment, and Recovery Support Services, ensuring

comprehensive support for every step of the recovery journey.

This leadership role oversees the planning, organization, staffing, and

direction of all program activities. Key responsibilities include designing

and implementing innovative programs, managing change initiatives, and

providing clinical and operational support to staff. The role emphasizes staff

development through clinical supervision, professional growth

opportunities, and performance management.

As a leader, you will inspire your team by aligning them with agency and

network visions while operationalizing strategic goals. You will cultivate a

forward-thinking culture responsive to community needs and the evolving

economic and service delivery landscape.

Additionally, this role involves fiscal management, ensuring the team

achieves budget and service delivery targets. You will also provide

therapeutic counseling and case management services for clients with mild to

severe mental health and/or substance use disorders as needed. Oversight of

grant-funded projects and multiple program units may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development and Implementation

Establish and achieve program goals and strategies, modifying or creating

services to meet client and community needs in alignment with directives from

the Network Director.

Develop, communicate, and enforce program policies, procedures, and

standards, ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and

safety protocols.

Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate services, capacity, and

regulatory compliance, with employment laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Performance Management and Leadership

Uphold program quality and performance metrics, including revenue goals,

documentation standards, compliance, and fidelity measures.

Conduct staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews,

addressing issues promptly and ensuring adherence to ethical,

professional, and revenue standards.

Provide ongoing technical assistance, training, and coaching to support

staff development and ensure accurate documentation and fiscal responsibility.

Fiscal and Administrative Oversight

Manage program finances, monitor budgets, justify fiscal impacts, and

support cost-control measures to achieve revenue goals.

Collaborate with senior management on interagency agreements and systemic

approaches to service delivery, enhancing client experiences.

Collaboration and Community Engagement

Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

and address cross-division issues.

Represent the organization in community forums, prepare presentations,

conduct tours, and build cooperative relationships with external agencies

and referral sources.

Client Services and Crisis Support

Provide direct clinical services, including assessments and reports, and

manage crisis interventions within the scope of practice.

Address client, caregiver, or community concerns, coaching staff to

propose solutions and resolve clinical challenges effectively.

Team and Workplace Management

Foster a supportive work environment, ensuring employees are free from

harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, and promptly report incidents.

Convene regular staff meetings, participate in committees, and contribute

to special projects.

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as required to support program and organizational

objectives.

Qualifications

A Master s Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral

health discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Colorado clinical licensure in an appropriate discipline (LPC, LCSW,
