Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement user-facing features using React.js and related technologies
- Own the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and performance
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Build and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability across a wide range of browsers and devices
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA) and champion user-centric design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical goals
- Full-stack capabilities are highly preferred, enabling contributions to both front-end and back-end development efforts
Required Skills
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive web design
- Experience with design language systems and component-based architecture
- Deep knowledge of Web Standards, Accessibility (ADA compliance), and UX best practices
- Experience with modern build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn
- Version control using Git
- Ability to benchmark and optimize front-end performance
- Skilled at building reusable cross-platform components
- Focused on delivering high-performance and accessible web applications
