Requirements
Our Banquet Captains are responsible for overseeing banquet functions. Directing and managing team members; building and inspiring a great team, delivering consistent, high-quality food, providing excellent guest service and driving results to maximize revenues, guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction and the overall operational goals.
Establish professional rapport with guests and clients - in order to provide the finest level of service. Supervise the banquet staff at all stages of a function from set-up to breakdown.

Salary Description
tipped position $10-$20 per hour
