Team Description:
The Research & Development team is focused on investigating emerging technologies, prototyping with them, and demonstrating how they can be used for the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities of Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in Washington is $99,900 to $133,900 per year and in California is $95,300 to $127,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Team Description:
The Research & Development team is focused on investigating emerging technologies, prototyping with them, and demonstrating how they can be used for the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities of Role:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of emerging technology prototypes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to implement and refine AI algorithms and models.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new projects and improvements.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies to keep the team informed of industry trends.
- Create and maintain documentation for code, experiments, and processes.
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues throughout the development process.
- Produce assessments and summary reports of prototyping activities and the lessons learned when getting hands on with the technology.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java.
- Fundamental understanding of Artificial Intelligence, chatbots and automated workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new technologies.
