Description

This position is \#hybrid open to Jacksonville, FL, or St Louis, MO

You will conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets based on the needs of the business and as directed by Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Some Essential Functions of this Position:

  • Design assets for presentations, ads, sales materials, and digital platforms (web, video, social).
  • Translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals aligned with brand and client goals.
  • Create infographics from proprietary research.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.
  • Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Maintain organized design files per marketing SOPs.
  • Track project progress using Monday.com.


Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.


Experience Requirement:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a graphic designer on a corporate marketing or creative team.


Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environments.
  • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Design impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • After Effects, Premiere video/motion design experience a plus.
  • Portfolio or examples of work required .
