Hospice RN Case Manager

Hospice RN Case Manager needed in Denver Metro Area. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, developing care plans, and providing skilled nursing. Requirements include Colorado RN license, BSN preferred, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must have CPR certification and be able to travel daily.
