We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Superintendent to join our team in Iowa. The Senior Superintendent will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Superintendent to join our team in Iowa. The Senior Superintendent will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, permits, and other necessary paperwork
- Mentor and support junior superintendents and construction staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to address project challenges and find effective solutions
- Proven experience as a superintendent or similar role in construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred
- Coordinate work activities with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and update project schedules and timelines
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Review and approve change orders and project expenses
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management
