Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, patient education, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and documentation. Requirements: state license, anatomy knowledge, experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, and home care, familiarity with kinnser system, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, commitment to professional development.
