Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday Expectations: Yes, Holiday rotation (considered OT)

Weekend rotation: Sat every 5-6 weeks, 1 day off during the week when working Sat

Requirements

• WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
• Minimum 2.5 -3 years of experience
• BLS
• OASIS certification preferred but not required
• Home health highly preferred; mixture of home health, inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred

• EMR: EPIC
• Will not accept a first-time traveler
• Patient Ratios: Average about 5 patients/day. (25 RVU/week; consists of routine visits and evaluations)
