Prior Experience In Customer Service (preferred, But Not Required)
Passion for animals and helping people
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Assisting clients with questions and concerns
Managing client records and processing payments
Ensuring a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all visitors
