We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welding techniques.
Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate welding equipment to weld, cut, bend, and fabricate metal components
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Perform maintenance on welding equipment
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times
- Proficiency in using hand tools and welding equipment
- Experience working with sheet metal and ductwork
- Knowledge of calipers and other measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction site operations
- Familiarity with welding codes and standards
- Ability to fabricate and work with various metals
- Experience in plasma cutting, pipe threading, and other related tasks
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
