- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Uphold security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
