Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure logistical accuracy
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports and evaluations
- Ensure events are aligned with brand goals and client expectations
- Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
