Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team in Charlotte, NC. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office and ensure organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail
Maintain accurate records and update files and databases
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Perform basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking
Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
Prepare and format documents, reports, and other written materials
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in an office or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
