Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team in Charlotte, NC. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office and ensure organizational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail


  • Maintain accurate records and update files and databases


  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner


  • Perform basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking


  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment


  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and other written materials


  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred


  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
