Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown including equipment, signage, and furniture
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival
- Support logistics and ensure event operations run smoothly
- Monitor event areas to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Provide assistance to attendees and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with event supervisors and team members throughout the event
- Follow all company protocols and event-specific procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
