Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and tracking incoming payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in supporting the companys cash flow and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of payments
• Follow up on outstanding invoices via email and phone
• Apply payments to customer accounts accurately
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and communications
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues or disputes
• Prepare regular reports on aging accounts and payment status
• Assist with month-end closing and audit processes
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
