Senior Sourcing Manager

A leading payments firm in Winston Salem NC is looking for a Senior Sourcing manager to join their growing Procurement team. You will lead the full cycle procurement process in this role.

This role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage contract lifecycle including cost saving initiatives and purchase order management
• Ensure compliance with firm's procedures and policies
• Small amount of contract support admin activities (~10%)
• Negotiate/re-negotiate business terms within contracts
• Select and identify prospective vendors across departments
• Work with teams across the business collaboratively

Background requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 8+ years of professional work experience in the field
• Hands on experience overseeing the full end-to-end Source to Pay function including purchasing & invoicing and overall contract management
• Experience deaing with IT vendors preferred
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Ariba contract management experience is a plus

Comp is approx. 120k base + 15% bonus.
