- Lead Foreman – Underground Construction (Wet Utilities)
Pay: $24–$35/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Foreman with strong underground construction experience in wet utilities including sewer, water, and storm drain systems. The ideal candidate can confidently lead a crew, ensure job site safety and efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise underground utility crews
- Interpret plans, specs, and ensure compliance
- Coordinate work flow and equipment needs
- Enforce safety protocols and site regulations
- Communicate with inspectors, subcontractors, and management
- 3+ years’ experience in underground/wet utility work
- Proven leadership and crew management ability
- Strong knowledge of sewer, water, and storm systems
- Ability to read blueprints and operate machinery
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
