Under the direction of the marketing manager, the marketing specialist supports the marketing department with marketing tactics, reporting, and administrative duties. The candidate should be a collaborative partner and self-starter who is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines. The schedule for this role is M-F 9am-5:30pm. This role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Executes marketing tactics, including website and social media to drive stakeholder engagement
  • Produces marketing materials, presentations, and business documents
  • Adheres to brand guidelines, design briefs, and content approval process
  • Builds and deploys email, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Compiles and publishes activity and metrics reports
  • Manage vendors, estimates, and preparing files for production
  • Creative copy development and proofreading a plus
  • Creates and maintains current projects and statuses using Asana with attention to deadlines
  • Maintains collateral, marketing tools, equipment inventory, and marketing library
  • Maintains content approval processes to ensure messaging is consistent with marketing strategies and branding
  • Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Provides administrative support to the marketing department
  • Support other marketing initiatives and tasks, as needed

Management

  • Contribute to the success of the organization by participating in quality improvement activities.

Customer Relations

  • Respond promptly and with caring actions to visitors and employees. Acknowledge psychosocial, spiritual and cultural beliefs and honor these beliefs.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients and the public.
  • Be part of a team and cooperate in accomplishing department goals and objectives

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years of marketing experience required; five years preferred
  • One year of experience working in an office environment preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

Additional Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to shoot photography and videography as well as edit using Adobe Photoshop and Premier.
  • Understands website functionality and can make updates within the WordPress CMS.
  • Understands fundamentals and can produce analytics reports (i.e. GA4 & Hootsuite).
  • Ability to work in autonomous and independent manner to produce polished and professional product.
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrable initiative, creativity, flexibility, and persistence.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion and strong understanding of our industry and our organization’s mission.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven work environment.

Neighborhood Healthcare offers a generous benefit plan that includes: Partially company paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans. Pay range: $32.40-$45.34 depending on experience.

Compensation Disclosure: The posted salary range reflects the designated pay grade for this position. While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
