Brief Description

FULL TIME LITIGATION CLERK NEEDED FOR LEGAL OFFICE:

Responsibilities

Assist with assigning files to appropriate adjusters.

Enter data into various organizational systems and databases.

  • Process and review a large volume of emails.
  • Forward/upload email documents to the appropriate personnel or system.
  • Update and forward various internal logs as needed (daily, weekly, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies/procedures.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
