What You'll Do
The QMA at Solarbron Terrace plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care team, ensuring that all residents receive personalized attention and assistance tailored to their individual needs. The QMA will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and monitor the health and well-being of residents. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring staff to foster a compassionate and efficient care environment. Ultimately, the QMA will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for all residents at Solarbron Terrace.

Minimum Qualifications
The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with residents, families, and team members. Organizational skills are vital for managing care plans and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Leadership skills will be utilized daily to guide and motivate the care team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Problem-solving skills are necessary for addressing any issues that arise in the care setting, ensuring that residents receive timely and effective support. Preferred skills, such as proficiency in electronic health record systems, will enhance the efficiency of daily operations and improve the overall quality of care provided.
