General Summary
Plans, organizes, and supervises staff of assigned operational division. Prioritizes and assigns work, projects, and duties, ensuring that work is completed following appropriate policies, code regulations and industry standard practices. Makes recommendation for assigned division budget and monitors expenditures. Reviews work-in-process and completed projects. Requires on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a year- round basis to respond to emergency situations. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
Required Minimum Qualifications

Maintain a valid United States motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.
Pay Range
USD $81,255.00 - USD $108,867.00 /Yr.

Required Minimum Qualifications
At the time of application, applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science Human Resources, Information Technology, Public Administration, Recreation Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Have had at least six (6) years of full-time work experience in Business Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a closely related field, including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Possess a valid United States motor vehicle operator’s or chauffeur’s license.
