We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fixed operations excellence, ready to elevate the service experience and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all service department operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a high performance team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive service absorption, retention, and revenue growth through operational best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators including repair order counts, effective labor rate, customer satisfaction index, technician productivity, and warranty compliance
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize fixed operations performance across the dealership
- Maintain a safe, clean, and customer friendly environment aligned with Toyota standards
- 5+ years of progressive automotive fixed operations experience, including leadership roles
- Deep understanding of service processes, warranty, DMS platforms (Dealertrack preferred), and Toyota protocols
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a hands on management style
- Data driven decision making with the ability to execute process improvements
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
