What You'll Do
- Maintain our professional facility through general labor and upkeep
- Detail aircraft interiors and exteriors to our exacting standards
- Organize and manage parts inventory with precision
- Run errands and complete logistical tasks as assigned
- Support our technicians and operations team with day-to-day activities
- Ensure our hangar and offices remain safe, clean, and well-organized
Required:
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout the workday
- Comfort working in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, noisy, or dusty)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Interest in aviation or mechanical work
- Previous experience in warehouse, maintenance, or service roles
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Hands-on experience in the aviation industry
- Flexible part-time schedule

- This is an on-site role at our Conroe airport facility
- Regular schedule within Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Occasional weekend, evening, or holiday work may be required
