Reimbursement DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included But Not Limited To)
Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to
minimize down time and recommend solutions to the appropriate
disciplines. Lead continuous improvement projects to improve processes
and controls to reduce cycle and change over times. Analyze and plan
workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve
manufacturing efficiency. Lead and propose capital projects. Complete
time studies to quantify processing times and identify areas for process
improvements and balancing of processes. Assist with hands on training
of manufacturing employees on new products, processes, tooling, and
equipment. Read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets, and process
sheets to trouble shoot equipment and processes. Assist in analysis of
rework and scrap data to facilitate problem solving techniques to find
the root cause of the issues and reduce non-conforming product. POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in manufacturing engineering, systems
engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
(Required) 5+ years\' experience in a manufacturing setting. (Required)
Ability to perform all assigned tasks, work independently, and complete
work on schedule. Basic understanding and ability to read prints and
schematics. Ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft products and
engineering software. Strong problem solving and facilitation skills to
lead a team for continuous improvement. Pay: \$75,000-\$100,000 per year
