growth. About your new role: As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you

will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex

data sets to support data-driven decision-making across the

organization. This position will collaborate closely with

cross-functional teams, including information technology, department

leaders, and the executive team, to identify key performance indicators,

Develop Dashboards, And Generate Actionable Reports. What You Need

Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data

Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Must be

authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship. Proven

experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role,

demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering data-driven

insights. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data

visualization best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and

presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical

stakeholders. Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with

statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. Familiarity with

data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts. Ability to

work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What
