As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance. Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance. Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources
- Assists in training new team members
- Assists in creating account development plans
- Performs inventory management for customer-specific material
- Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative
- Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferred
- Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets served
- General understanding of metal processes and products
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimal travel required. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected with advance notice
