Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework and a variety of
evidence-based practices to help families navigate the resources needed to
become healthy, stable and safe.

Certificate from Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training (preferred)
Valid Colorado Driver's License

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Become trained and/or certified in assigned company Program, curriculum
requirements and program guidelines.
- Complete certification(s) required for position, which may include,
Colorado Standards for Peer and Family Specialist, Credentials of the Family
Resource Center (FRC), Parents as Teachers (PaT), or other
required training, as applicable to assigned role.
- Make initial contact, via Resource Center walk-in or other internal or
services and provide referrals and/or concrete support through one-on-one
meetings, home visits, and/or phone contact.
- Upon enrollment, create a working file with all necessary
individualized goal/plan.
- Administer all required assessments and screenings with
