We are focused on overall growth and this pivotal role will lead our sales team to maximize every incoming lead, ensuring rapid response, and meticulous follow-through. - Lead, manage, and train on exceptional internet sales processes for sales team.
- Maximize internet lead conversion through rapid response and consistent follow-up.
- Create and maintain a culture of accountability and success including completing daily tasks and follow up calls with all guests.
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) utilization to ensure processes are followed and opportunities aren’t missed, this will include phone call review and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the sales consultants and sales management to drive showroom traffic.
- Monitor performance metrics (appointment set rates, show rates, sold percentages) on an hourly and daily basis.
- Constantly optimize lead sources, response templates, and workflow with a strong sense of urgency.
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Guide customers in appropriate vehicle selection - be the product expert & sounding board, thinking outside of the box as needed.
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to complete daily tasks and follow up on all guest visits.
- Previous automotive dealership experience with 2-4 years as Internet Sales Manager experience
- Strong technological proficiency required and an ability to read and interpret performance data
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
