Summary Of Job Description
The purpose of Community Marketing is to build brand awareness and demand for Panda in local communities by forging meaningful connections with our guests that drive regional transactions and sales.
The Community Marketing Representative is responsible for supporting and coaching our Area Coaches of Operations (ACOs), and General Managers (GMs) by enrolling them in the impact of local store marketing (LSM) initiatives, focusing within the four walls and the last mile of each of our locations to drive guest love. As a member of the Community Marketing team, this position assists operators in meeting sales and profitability goals through flawless execution of marketing efforts as well as execution of local marketing initiatives.

As a member of the Community Marketing team, this position assists operators in meeting sales and profitability goals through flawless execution of marketing efforts as well as execution of local marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a Community Marketing trainer and coach to Area Coach of Operations (ACO) and General Managers (GM).
- Partners with GMs, and ACOs to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness and support achieving local sales and profitability goals.
- Supports local store marketing efforts through remote consultation, coordination and fulfillment and on-site support to drive regional sales and profitability goals (e.g., Trade mapping, community partnerships).
- Partners with Community Marketing Managers to activate strategic initiatives such as new store openings, neighborhood revival programs, and other brand building and sales driving initiatives.
- Provides Operations leaders with the marketing tools, materials, and training necessary to successfully execute national promotions and pre-determined marketing programs.
- Monitors the Community Marketing team budget and alerts leadership of any deviations from plan.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field
- Minimum three years of fast casual retail/hospital industry Marketing or Operations experience; Operations management experience and/or experience in organizing and delivering training programs preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
