The Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Business Partner will play a key role in helping Analogic grow their Power Technologies and Motion Controls businesses. Along with supporting sales and business development initiatives, it is important that the person in this role be familiar with helping optimize manufacturing operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, curious, and proactive in learning within a fast-paced environment, excited by the complexities of joining a growing business. The candidate should be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities Include
- Serving as an integral part of the FP&A organization and meeting the associated tasks around planning, forecasting and on-going analysis.
- Serve as a member of the business unit leadership team and bring a strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence business decisions.
- Support unique projects that might call for complex financial modeling and/or project management skills.
- Participate in the design of new processes to improve the quality and functionality of financial reporting.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses on key operating metrics, working across functions to deliver a holistic view of business performance.
- Presenting financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Work with other finance and business team members to deliver best-in-practice analytics and reports
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Financial Analyst with exposure to senior management. Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can drive the completion of projects with minimal oversight, while also valuing the importance functioning within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm to take on challenges.
- Must be a team player and have a desire to be part of something bigger than themselves
