We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as a Staff Accountant.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable process for the Finance Team.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as a Staff Accountant.
What You'll Do:
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable process for the Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Receive, review, and process invoices
- Manage the patient refund process
- Monitor general ledger to ensure accurate financial data
- Perform weekly and monthly account reconciliations
- Assist in the month end close process as needed
- Support Senior Accountants when necessary
- Assist CFO and Controller, as necessary
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent training
- 1-3 years of previous Accounts Payable processing experience
- General Ledger knowledge required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter
- Experience using Sage Intacct and Bill.com preferred
- Effective critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Must be detail-oriented and thorough with excellent organizational skills
