Position Purpose:
This position creates visual content for Fearless Restaurants’ brands. It reports to the Director of Marketing and supports the marketing and sales teams.
Job Responsibilities
75% Create and maintain designs that align with Fearless brand guidelines and current marketing strategy across all the restaurant's current markets. This includes menus, sales kits, collateral, internal signage, marketing graphics, ads, and websites.
10% Maintain and update design assets for all files in Dropbox and Creative Cloud. Ensure folders are kept organized and naming protocols are implemented. Assist with ensuring website content is current.
10% Develop and maintain Fearless Events sales collateral, custom menus, and tabletop signage.
5% Contribute to the library of best practices, including but not limited to industry trends and software updates.
In addition to essential performance functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, working with the Director of Marketing and supporting the Director of Public Relations and Social Media Manager based on their requirements.
Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Education: A bachelor’s degree or Adobe certificate is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of prior graphic design experience. Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Requires good presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess computer skills and software proficiency, including, but not limited to, all Adobe products, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Adobe Express. Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, and web content software programs.
- This position is based at the Fearless Restaurants home office in Wayne, PA.
- Must understand web design and/or WIX
- Professionally represent Fearless Restaurants and the subject matter expert for graphic design.
- Participate as a team player with restaurant management and staff
- Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and sales department
- Continue to develop skills, current trends, and keep our branding fresh.
