Description
Public Policy is seeking a Billing Analyst to support our growing team. Responsibilities include setting up new vendors for payment, processing and reviewing invoices to ensure adherence to billing requirements, opening purchase orders, researching questions regarding status of payments, and performing other billing tasks as needed. This position will work with teams across the globe, learning country-specific billing processes and acting as the billing point of contact for Public Policy team members, vendors, and other internal departments.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in finance, billing, or a related analytical field
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Familiarity with Coupa, Salesforce, and/or Oracle software
