We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support one of our growing client's team. This role will manage office operations and provide executive support, thus ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
The hourly pay range for this role is USD 40 - 60 per hour, with a duration of 8 hours per week. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

- 4 hours per day X 2 days per week, or
- 2 hours per day X 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Oversee office management, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities upkeep.
- Provide executive support to senior management, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal documentation
- General Operations & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained.
- Experience: 3+ years in an administrative role, preferably in media or technology.
- Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
