Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and coordination of personnel in accordance with operational needs
- Input and update data with high accuracy and speed
- Communicate promptly and professionally with staff and management
- Monitor staffing changes and availability, making real-time adjustments as needed
- Utilize scheduling software and communication platforms with confidence
- Perform various clerical tasks including documentation, file management, and reporting
- Minimum 2 years of professional office or clerical experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong typing proficiency and data entry accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High technological aptitude and ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Experience using scheduling or dispatch software
- Previous experience in a 24/7 operational environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
