At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking a Care Manager with hands-on caregiving experience and a passion for leadership to guide our care team and ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor Caregivers: Provide ongoing training, field support, and performance coaching to ensure quality care delivery.
- Coordinate Client Services: Assist with client onboarding, assess care needs, and oversee service delivery. (RN/LPNs may develop care plans.)
- Recruitment & Matching: Source and select caregivers, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and caregiver capabilities.
- Hands-On Care: Provide direct care when needed to support clients and fill urgent staffing gaps (ADLs, companionship, medication reminders).
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and quickly resolve concerns.
- 5+ years of hands-on senior care experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring other caregivers
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Comfort with technology (care software, apps, Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
- Passion for empowering others and making a direct impact
- Location: Georgetown, TX (with travel to client homes as needed)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + rotating on-call duties
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)
