The Learning and Development Program Coordinator will arrange the scheduling and logistics of training delivered by other Learning and Development staff and organizational leaders for staff and providers. This role will facilitate educational outreach to Eventus employees and to community partners, including the Student Clinical Experience Program. Therefore, the Program Coordinator must be well-organized, a confident communicator, and proficient in the processes and procedures used by Support Staff and Clinicians to successfully complete their duties.

The Learning and Development Department works to create that “Magic Moment” with new team members as they become part of Eventus and to make sure that everyone has the tools needed to fulfill their role in providing integrated care to vulnerable adults. This is only possible with flawless internal processes.

Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience

  • Associate degree in related field or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care setting preferred
  • Experience in providing support to healthcare providers preferred and supporting teams delivering training

Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles,

computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Products

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively

Understanding of document formatting and design

Well-organized, confident and efficient

communicator, and proficient in processes and procedures used by support staff and clinicians.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate Learning and Development events, workshops, and training sessions by collaborating with instructors, administrators, and external stakeholders. Develop and manage training schedules, rosters, and materials in alignment with Eventus standards, while also preparing and distributing all necessary training resources.

Oversee training logistics and support delivery in partnership with Clinician and Clinician Support Development Specialists, including session scheduling and administration.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, including report preparation, meeting coordination, communication management, and processing of financial documents such as invoices and purchase orders.

Collect and compile feedback from participants and clinical site partners to assist in program evaluation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage end-to-end travel logistics for students, instructors, and staff involved in learning programs, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meals, while ensuring compliance with travel policies and effective budget management.

Provide ongoing support by maintaining accurate itineraries and promptly communicating updates, as well as troubleshooting any travel-related issues before, during, and after trips.

Coordinate student clinical placements by managing scheduling, documentation, and compliance, while facilitating communication between students, faculty, and clinical site representatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for students during clinical rotations, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring access to necessary resources and training materials.

Track student progress and evaluations to ensure timely completion of all required clinical documentation and reports.

Contribute to talent development by curating a pool of potential future Eventus providers.
