Key Responsibilities
- Instruct & Mentor: Lead engaging, curriculum-based workshops in art, tech, carpentry, or engineering.
- Facilitate Skill Development: Teach technical and trade skills while fostering creativity and problem-solving.
- Support Social & Vocational Growth: Guide individuals in communication, socialization, and self-advocacy.
- Maintain Tools & Safety: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure safe use of equipment.
- Community Engagement: Organize vocational and creative exploration opportunities.
- Data & Compliance: Track participation, maintain records, and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in human services or education.
- High school diploma/GED (Associate’s preferred).
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organization, and independent decision-making skills.
- Arts & Crafts: Leading workshops across multiple artistic disciplines.
- Technology & Engineering: Robotics, coding, 3D design, scripting languages.
- Maker Labs & Carpentry: Hands-on experience with tools, mechanics, or trade skills.
