Western Timberlands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead the Alsea Forest Area Operating Team in the Willamette Valley Region. This role is based in Corvallis, Oregon, and reports directly to the Willamette Valley Region Manager. The Alsea Operating Area spans approximately 110,000 acres and includes a dedicated staff of foresters, engineers, harvest manager and administrative assistant. There are 5-salaried staff. The Area Manager leads and drives the execution of Western Timberlands' operating strategy in alignment with the Willamette Valley Region Roadmap. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $117,328-$176,132 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.

- Education & Experience: Four-year degree preferred with a minimum of 10 years of related job experience.
