We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our credit union, working closely with teams from multiple departments to deliver results that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate, and execute projects that align with business goals—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll serve as the go-to person for managing timelines, facilitating communication, navigating change, and keeping stakeholders aligned every step of the way. What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Excellent Communication: You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and leadership across all levels of the organization.
• Project Planning & Execution: Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Organizational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and remain focused under pressure. You’ll be juggling deadlines, meetings, and evolving needs.
• Attention to Detail: Precision matters. You’ll be responsible for tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with experience leading diverse teams and aligning cross-departmental efforts to meet shared goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and utilizing Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) to manage project documentation and communication.
• Change Management: Ability to lead teams through organizational or technical transitions, minimizing disruption and supporting adoption of new systems or processes.
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two or more years of hands-on project management experience.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in software implementations or credit union operations is a plus.

Compensation : $75,000/year + bonus
