What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Excellent Communication: You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and leadership across all levels of the organization.
- Project Planning & Execution: Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Organizational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and remain focused under pressure. You’ll be juggling deadlines, meetings, and evolving needs.
- Attention to Detail: Precision matters. You’ll be responsible for tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with experience leading diverse teams and aligning cross-departmental efforts to meet shared goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and utilizing Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) to manage project documentation and communication.
- Change Management: Ability to lead teams through organizational or technical transitions, minimizing disruption and supporting adoption of new systems or processes.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of hands-on project management experience.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in software implementations or credit union operations is a plus.
